What are refurb electronics?
Think of refurb or refurbished electronics as certified used electronics. What does that mean? We thoroughly test, repair and clean all items we buy before we offer them for sale. We’re so confident in our processes, we offer a 12- month warranty for manufacturing defects.

What are the differences between the grades?
All products are classified under a cosmetic grading system. For more info, click here.

Are you a real company? Can I trust you?
We’re as real as it gets! Our name is Techcoza (Pty) Ltd but you can call us tech.co.za
You can verify our company registration number (2013/202020/07) or our VAT number (4870270172).
Our address has also been verified and is listed in Google maps and our telephone number is verified by Facebook.

Where are your stores located?
We’re an online store and don’t have physical shops or showrooms. But you can pay and collect your order from our warehouse in Centurion. However, you’ll still need to order online. We recommend having your order delivered, it’s much easier!

Can I come collect my order?
Yes, of course! You can come yourself or send a courier to collect your order from our warehouse in Centurion. However, you will still need to place an order online and wait for us to confirm your order is ready before stopping by to pick it up.

Do I need to order online?
Yes, you need to order online even if you want to collect from our warehouse. We need quite a bit of info from you so we don't want to make any typos. If you have any trouble ordering online feel free to call us and we'll help you.

How do I order online?
Go to the page of the product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to cart" button. Once your product has been added to the cart, proceed to "Checkout" to complete your order. 

How much is delivery?
You can calculate the delivery cost in the cart area of the website. 

How long does delivery take?
Deliveries usually take 1-3 days after payment has been confirmed. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can track your order all the way to its final destination.

Is there warranty?
We offer a walk-in 12 month warranty on manufacturing defects.

What if I have a problem with my purchase after I buy?
We offer a 7- day return or refund if you're not entirely happy with your purchase. After those first 7 days you’ll be covered by the 12- month warranty. Unfortunately, we can't refund any courier fees or software.

Do I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, an invoice will be included in your package. And we can also email a copy to you.

Do you have stock of …?
All items we have in stock are displayed on our website. If it’s on the website, it’s in our warehouse and you can place an order. If it's not on the website, chances are, we don't have it.

Can you repair/refurb my laptop?
Unfortunately not. We only buy and refurbish products, in bulk, from companies and/or governments. If you have bulk (50+ units) of electronics you'd like to sell, please contact us.

Do you accept trade-ins?
No, you don't accept trade-ins.
