How do I order from tech.co.za?
Ordering online is easy once you get the hang of it. 1) Find the product, 2) Add it to cart, and 3) Checkout !

Please note that orders are only confirmed once funds clear in our accounts. Orders confirmed before 10:00 are ready for shipping or collection on the same day after 14:00. Please wait for us to confirm your order is ready for collection before coming to collect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We try to accept almost any payment method available. When you pay using a method that costs us less, we pass the saving on to you. We save on merchant fees, you save on product fees 🙂 Payment methods currently supported are:
- Bank Transfer (EFT) – This is the cheapest payment method currently
- Payfast Wallet
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Mobicred: Online credit facility that allows you to pay in monthly instalments.
- MasterPass by MasterCard
- Cash Deposits via ATM
- Cash Deposits via SCode
Select the payment method during checkout to receive the reference and amount for payment.
For your safety and ours, we do NOT accept cash payments on collection.
How do I get my order?
Your order can either be collected or shipped via one of our reputable courier partners. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive multiple notifications on the status of your shipment and the estimated time of delivery. Shipping to main centers takes approximately 1 to 2 business days, while regional locations take a little longer than that.
All deliveries require you to sign for the package. If there’s no-one available at the shipping address, one more delivery will be attempted. In the event that this is unsuccessful, the goods are returned to us and an additional fee will be charged to arrange a further delivery.
Although we deliver to farms, mines and prisons, they incur an additional delivery fee.
