Orders, Payments and Shipping
The page below has been updated to describe our operating procedures during the current level of lockdown. Please bear with us as we adapt and learn to trade under new regulations and conditions. If you need any clarification please feel free to contact us.
How do I order from tech.co.za?
Ordering online is easy once you get the hang of it. 1) Find the product, 2) Add it to cart, and 3) Checkout !
Can’t figure it out? Contact us to help you with a manual order.
Please note that orders are only confirmed once funds clear in our accounts. During the lockdown period, our suppliers and couriers are operating with limited resources and delays may occur. Under normal circumstances, orders confirmed before 11:00 are ready for shipping or collection on the same day after 14:00. We will contact you to let you know about any delays during this uncertain period. Collections can be arranged but only by appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve partnered with Netcash (formerly known as SagePay) to allow us to securely accept various convenient payment methods. Payment methods currently supported are:
- Instant EFT
- Bank Transfer (EFT)
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- QR Code Payments
- MasterPass by MasterCard
- Cash Deposits via ATM
- Cash Deposits via SCode
Select the payment method during checkout to receive the reference and amount for payment.
For your safety and ours, we do NOT accept any payments on collection or delivery.
How do I get my order?
Your order can either be collected or shipped via one of our reputable courier partners. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive multiple notifications on the status of your shipment and the estimated time of delivery. Shipping to main centers takes approximately 1 to 2 business days, while regional locations take a little longer than that. During the various lockdown stages, delays in shipping may occur.
All deliveries require you to sign for the package. If there’s no-one available at the shipping address, one more delivery will be attempted. In the event that this is unsuccessful, the goods are returned to us and an additional fee will be charged to arrange a further delivery.
Although we deliver to farms, mines and prisons, they incur an additional delivery fee.
